So, they turned out edible, unlike the chocolate chips.
Take 1:
1 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp ground flax with 3 tbsp water - mixed together and allowed to sit
1/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup cane sugar
bake 325 degrees for 12 minutes
I am 100% gluten free, and I try to be all grain free as well. I love to bake, and love trying new things in the kitchen. I don't, however, enjoy looking up recipes. Everything is from scratch and completely original. Needless to say, it doesn't always turn out the first time. But try try again, and raw vegan cookies will happen, I swear it. Let me do the experimenting. Then you can just use the good stuff :)

അവ്-വെങാന് ചോക്ലേറ്റ് ചിപ്പ്
So, yesterday I tried to make Raw Vegan cookies for the first time, of course without a recipe. So I looked online for egg substitutes and got really excited!
I went home during my lunch break and whipped up some fantastic peanut butter cookies without eggs. It was glorious, but gave me a little too much confidence.
I then forged into the danger zone: chocolate chip! I already mix 6 flours together to get my chocolate chip cookies to perfection. Now I am thinking of removing the little remaining "normal" ingredients: eggs and butter. Why? you ask. I don't know.
Well... My first experiment was 1/4 cup applesauce for 1/2 stick of butter and 2tbsp flax mixed with 3 tbsp water for the egg.
My vegan friend cam over half way through the baking process. He tried to fein that they were good, but the dough ended up in the garbage.
